Insert
Load your drive directly into the ShredBox unit for immediate destruction.
- Whether it’s a hard drive, SSD, or other storage device, ShredBox is built to handle all types of drives seamlessly.
- The process begins instantly, ensuring minimal delay while prioritizing data protection from the moment the drive is inserted.
- The machine locks securely, allowing only authorized personnel to access the contents inside.
Step 3
Capture
ShredBox is equipped with image capture and AI technology.
- Image is taken of the drive.
- System recognizes drive and processes image with AI.
- Drive size and type is determined to set crushing mechanism accordingly.
- The image, Make, Model, and Serial Number is displayed for verification.
- User confirms and starts the destruction process.
Step 4
Crush
ShredBox uses image data to set the parameters for crushing.
- The machine uses high-powered crushing technology that instantly deforms, shatters, and eliminates the physical integrity of the drive.
- This ensures that data is unrecoverable, meeting stringent compliance and security standards.
- Drive is dropped into secure storage bin.
Step 5
Secure Storage
Crushed drives are stored safely within the ShredBox until scheduled servicing. Certificates of Destruction are accessible immediately after destruction via QR code.
